I wish you'd met my little flower,
And felt her little touch;
Why, oh why did things turn sour?
We wanted her so much.
I'll never see my little flower,
I'll never watch her bloom;
She couldn't even stay one hour,
She left us all too soon.
I couldn't save my little flower,
Nothing anyone could do;
I didn't have a cape, no powers,
Felt helpless through and through.
Why can't I see my little flower?
Why do I feel so sad?
Please bring back my little flower,
I want to be her Dad.
