The CW has released two preview video clips for the second episode of Season 2 of “Supergirl”.
Titled “The Last Children of Krypton”, this episode is scheduled to air on The CW in the USA on Monday, October 17 at 8.00pm ET/PT.

Never a shortage of dudes who think they’re “badass” when they can hide behind a gun, then those bullets bounce off and they already know it’s over. Least he didn’t try throwing it the way criminals did in the George Reeves series lol. Also nice touch when Clark rolls with that punch just a bit to keep the guys fist from turning to powder.
I thought Colonel Hardy remained pretty badass even when his gun proved useless against Faora in Man of Steel. He ran out of bullets and pulled out a knife. He knew he was going to die but he wasn’t going to go without a fight however hopless it might have been.
A good death is its own reward.
Hardy was a soldier so that’s a different thing IMO. Like you say he’s taking a stand and not going down without a fight whereas the average criminal trying to pull a gun on Superman and keeps going is just being desperate and stupid now that the thing they’re used to giving them power over people doesn’t work.
