August 8, 2009: "Superman: Red Son" Motion Comic

DC Comics has posted a sneak peek at the "Superman: Red Son" Motion Comic on YouTube for those who haven't yet subscribed to the 12 issue series.

This collection includes animated adaptations of the Superman: Red Son comic book, bundled into twelve episodes that place Superman and his nefarious villains in the Soviet Union instead of the United States. This Motion Comics Series mixes alternate versions of DC super-heroes and villains with alternate-reality versions of real political figures such as Joseph Stalin and John F. Kennedy, spanning the years 1950-2000.

The first couple of episodes are available now in iTunes. Check the DC Comics website to see what other Motion Comics are available.

Thanks to Lukasz 'xZera' Zeranski for the link to the YouTube video.
