July 29, 2007: SDCC News - “DC Nation” Panel

DC Comics held more panels at the San Diego Comic Con this weekend, and here are some highlights from the "DC Nation", "New Worlds Order" and "DC Big Guns" panels...

DC held their "DC Nation" panel late Friday with Dan DiDio leading the panel, accompanied by Vice President of Sales Bob Wayne, coordinating editor Jann Jones, writers Bill Willingham, Grant Morrison and Geoff Johns, artist Ethan Van Sciver and Countdown head-writer Paul Dini.

Some of the Superman related highlights to come out of the panel were...

When someone in the audience commented that they'd heard that Terry Moore wanted to write Supergirl, and was wondering if there was a chance. DiDio didn't rule it out, and Wayne asked "How many of you people would buy a Supergirl comic written by Terry Moore?" Apparently most of the people in room 6A of the San Diego Convention Center would indeed.

Final Crisis was reconfirmed as a seven issue, monthly series.
