Lex Luthor: Man of Steel #1

March 29, 2005: “Lex Luthor: Man of Steel #1” Sold Out at DC Comics

LEX LUTHOR: MAN OF STEEL #1 has sold out at DC Comics. The debut issue of this stunning 5-part miniseries written by Brian Azzarello and illustrated by Lee Bermejo sold out twelve days after arriving in stores on March 2.

"While Lee and I were fleshing out the ideas for the series, we both knew we were on to something that might be special," says Azzarello. "LL: MOS is a radical piece of work ‹ both in its subject and design, and ultimately in its crescendo. The first issue just laid the groundwork. In the timeless words of Randy Bachman, 'B-b-b-baby, you ain't seen n-n-nothin' yet.'"

DC has no plan to go back to press on the issue at this time. Copies may still be available at retail.
