In the February 2005 edition of the Corporate Legal Times magazine there is an indepth and interesting article on the state of the lawsuit between Warner Bros. and the families of Siegel and Shuster over the copyright ownership of Superman.The article is mostly about DC's lawyer, Lillian Laserson and her history, but it also delves into the details of the copyright law, changes to legislation which brought about this lawsuit and more.
