September 28, 2002: Superman Script Review Has Warner Bros. Fuming
According to the
Superman Cinema website, Warner Bros. is going crazy over the recent script leak.
Superman Cinemas reports that a reliable source within the WB has told them that the studio is in turmoil over the review the Aint It Cool News published on the JJ Abrams script for the up-coming "Superman" movie.
Supposedly the whole project is now in doubt as the WB tries to deal with the fact that the script was leaked to the internet public, and that the script received such negative reviews.
It appears the script was leaked to AICN by someone within Warner Bros. who was opposed to the script in an effort to undermine the projects progress.
