November 8, 2009: Superman Parody in "Dragon Age: Origins" Video Game
Fans of the "Dragon Age: Origins" RPG should look out for a random encounter during the game that will bring a smile to their face.
During your travels you may come across a crater where an older couple stands marvelling at the fact there is a child alive in the center of it. The man says to his wife "Marta" that they will take him home and raise him as their own.
Thanks to Adam Ambro for the information and YouTube link.
There was another game (Fable, I think) were one of the armors had a pseudo S-Shield on it, and the description said it belong to a tribe of warriors or assassins that dressed like normal people during the day to blend in with their enemies and then strike without warning.
when you go into the crater and pick up the meteorite the description says "it seems to be the last remnants of a destroyed planet" or something like that.
EA also made the (shudder) Superman Returns game, so it makes sense to throw something in there. I think they have another Superman game in development too.
