Borikua, Wonder Woman's mythology is Greek. I see little connection between this architecture and something related with Diana... She's more like:

fab-el, for the character, but for the traditional Amazonian myth, recall that the Amazonians were foreign to and not from Greece, only mythologized by the Greeks... so it wouldn't be out of line for cinematic rendering of the Amazons to not conform to Greek culture or architecture.

At the end of the day, the Amazons are their own culture, so I'd expect them to be as unique as the Atlanteans or Kryptonians when compared to pre-existing Earth cultures. I wouldn't mind seeing borrowed elements from the Mediterranean without being completely beholden to one template.

I always pictured them as "Old World" not necessarily Greek or by extension Romans.

Somehow, I know have the image of Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman starring in the Bing Crosby, Bob Hope and Dorothy Lamore rolls from one of those old Road movies they did.

"Oh we're off on the road to Morocco..."

C'mon, dudes! We are talking about Themyscira here. If we want to play the historicians and myth experts, Amazonians would come either from Sarmatia, Anatolia, Libya or Pontus, places not even close to Morocco architecture.

But, anyway, let's things happen and see what they are going to do in Morocco. This dicussions are just fun and funny.
