On Saturday, July 23, Conan O’Brien introduced Zack Snyder and the cast of the “Justice League” movie during the Warner Bros. Presentation in Hall H of San Diego Comic-Con 2016, to show a clip from the movie.
Superman Homepage reporter Luis Jaime explains, “As always, Hall H does not disappoint. JUSTICE LEAGUE was not scheduled to make an appearance during their Warner Bros panel. But as a 22-year veteran of Comic-Con, I knew that there had to be *something* that would be shown. And sure enough, I was not wrong, and it was incredible. The small amount of footage they pieced together for Comic-Con was met with cheers and a roar of excitement from all 6,500 fans in attendance. I look forward to next year’s panel, when they have a year’s worth of filming complete. I can tell, they are working very hard to make sure this film is done right. I am so excited for this film.”
Thanks to Luis Jaime for the video.
“Justice League” is scheduled for release on November 17, 2017.
I love Comic-Con! 🙂 <3 🙂
The Flash, Arrow, and Supergirl TV shows, Suicide Squad, the Justice League and Wonder Woman movies. Among many others coming up in the next few years (can’t wait for The Flash movie, my third favourite superhero after Superman and Batman)… It’s really an awesome time to be a DC fan. 🙂 The teaser was really cool, and I love that there’s a more light hearted tone to it. A Zack Snyder movie with humor? That should be great! At least, despite having so little to chew on, it’s looking quite good so far! But that Wonder Woman trailer… My, oh… Read more »
I watched that trailer for WW with my daughter and she just stared in awe. I think she fell in love in that moment…She’s already a huge Supergirl and Superman fan but she was slow to WW. I’m really hoping it’s okay to take her to, although I doubt it. She will only be 7 when it comes out..lol
Loved the teaser, and the introduction Zack did for Henry Cavill. There simply CAN’T be a Justice League without Superman (#KingOfAllSuperheroes).
Now if only they announced Man Of Steel 2, this Comic-Con would have been perfect.
I’m fully convinced that the main reason no standalone Superman movie has been announced is because of his death in BvS. I expect that after Justice League is out we will find out more about the Man of Steel’s film future.
I think you are correct. They will renegotiate his deal after the JL movies are done and then announce his true sequel. I know people are worried that he won’t have a big part in JL but his presence will be felt and his eventual arrival will probably be a huge part of the movie and reason to stand up and cheer.
That was great, thank you Luis Jaime for that video. They all look like a fun bunch of people to be around. Ezra dressed as Gandalf (I think), Jason and his awesome hat, and you gotta love Ray’s “Borg Life” t-shirt! I’m really excited for this movie, I think it will be great! I just finished watching the extended cut of BvS again, and I must say, Zack and co had managed to put so much in there, so much, that the pay off will be more evident in the JL movies. I think fans and critics alike will come… Read more »
Thank you for the footage. What I wouldn’t give to be in comic con just for once. Look onto it with my own eyes.
I’m definitely excited for JL, but I think WW looks more epic. Shouldn’t it be the other way around?
To be fair, Wonder Woman has been filming longer and is largely done. Justice League has only been filming for a couple months and they probably cobbled together that trailer with whatever they had that is currently presentable.
True.
That is in fact exactly what they did.
You can tell just by how unfinished Cyborg seemed. I don’t think this is his final look, but it was enough to give us a taste. If this movie fixes the issue with tone then it could be YUUUUUUUGGGGEEE!!!!!
Trailer for JL looks awesome. Can’t wait.
My only wish for the new Justice League movie is I wish it would have been The Original Seven. Clark Kent (Superman), Bruce Wayne (Batman), Diana Prince (Wonder Woman), Arthur Curry (Aquaman), Hal Jordan (Green Lantern), Barry Allen (The Flash), and J’onn J’onzz (Martian Manhunter). Other then that, I think its going to be awesome!
The fangirling when Henry comes out is actually quite adorable.
That “Borg Life” shirt is awesome every time.
