  • Justice League Unlimited #15 (January)
    Adam Beechen, Carlo Barberi, Walden Wong
    Vibe, a member of the JLU, bails his younger brother out of jail. It appears young Armando has got himself caught up in the El Lobos, a gang trying to re-establish their position in Southwest Detroit. The El Lobos have got themselves a "friend" who promises to give them hi-tech weapons in exchange for them stealing a command module. The "friend" is Dr. Sivana, enemy of Captain Marvel. When Vibe brings in Batman, Black Lightning, Black Canary, Gypsy, and Ragman, the heroes are confronted by Sivana's gigantic robot, Mister Atom. As the JLU take out Sivana, Mister Atom and the El Lobos, the gang's leader takes Armando hostage, but Armando is capable of taking care of himself, and proves he's just as much a hero as his big brother.

  • Justice League Unlimited #16 (February)
    Adam Beechen, Carlo Barberi, Jim Royal
    Supergirl, Atom Smasher, Power Girl, Firestorm, Stargirl and Hawkgirl are all on Watchtower duty during Christmas, when an alert comes in regards the jail breakout of a villain called Girder. The metal menace easily over powers the Justice League members as they try to stop him. But he's intent on making it somewhere, and Atom Smasher realizes this man only wants to visit his family on Christmas. When Girder is brought back to jail, Atom Smasher organizers for his wife and son to visit him for Christmas.

    Adam Beechen, Carlo Barberi, Lary Stucker
    General Mendenhall uses one of his soldiers to pretend to be him, while ordering the Freedom Fighters to spy on the Justice League, getting the General a way in to their Watchtower computer system. Uncle Sam takes his team to visit the Justice League, but Atom catches Doll Man stealing a computer chip and a fight between the two teams ensues. Superman stops the fight, getting the truth from Uncle Sam, who quickly realizes that the General played them. They all go back to confront the General.

  • Justice League Unlimited #18 (April)
    Adam Beechen, Ethen Beavers, Ethen Beavers
    A space cabbie from the future (who's a big fan of the Justice League) drops of a passenger in the 21st century, and notices a huge red flare from a nearby planet. Thinking it might be a signal from a prospective fare, he goes in to examine only to find Superman nearly dying, asking for help. It appears Superman was tricked by two Psion students looking to study the death of a Kryptonian. The cabbie helps Superman escape the red-sun planet, the two work together to get away from the Psions.

  • Justice League Unlimited #19 (May)
    Adam Beechen, Gordon Purcell, Bob Petrecca
    Wonder Woman, Vigilante and Elongated Man are accidentally transported back to the wild west when Vigilante drops John Starr's time travel Hourglass. They arrive back in time to help Vigilante's ancestor Jud Saunders. Saunders is being hunted by men working for John Starr (known as the Time Commander) who wants him dead as a means of ensuring that Vigilante is never born in the future. However with the help of Diablo, Bat Lash, and Jonah Hex, they defeat Starr, and use his Hourglass to return back to the present time.

  • Justice League Unlimited #20 (June)
    Paul D. Storrie, Rick Burchett, Rick Burchett
    Mary Marvel comes to the Watchtower looking to talk with Wonder Woman. J'onn tells her she's on a mission at the moment, and introduces her to Supergirl. The two young girls talk, and Mary reveals she's a bit insecure about being simply a female counterpart to Captain Marvel. Supergirl takes her to the scene of the battle Wonder Woman is currently involved in. Realizing something is wrong, Mary uses her wisdom to alert Supergirl. Kara discovers the telepathic mastermind behind the team Wonder Woman and other JLU members are fighting, quickly ending the battle. Mary realizes that her personality makes her unique, and therefore a totally different type of hero to Captain Marvel.

  • Justice League Unlimited #21 (July)
    Adam Beechen, Carlo Barberi, Jesse Delperdang
    A huge storm threatens lives and Green Lantern, Vixen, Green Arrow and Black Canary are on the case. John and Mari are having problems in their relationship, due to John's unresolved feelings for Shayera. Vixen, angered by John's attitude, goes into action to stop the storm. It appears that two villains, Heat Wave and Killer Frost are having relationship problems of their own, and are creating the storm as an affect of their arguing. The four heroes attempt to stop them, but it's no easy feat. Mari realizes that John does care for her, and when they've captured the villains she tells him she'll wait for him to make up his mind... but she won't wait forever.

    Gypsy uncovers a secret plot to attack the International Union Plaza during a big event, but she needs to convince her fellow Justice Leaguers that she's not wasting their time.

  • Justice League Unlimited #23 (September)
    Mike McAvennie, Leigh Gallagher, Jesse Delperdang
    A detective interviews eyewitness reports on an attempted bank robbery by the Royal Flush Gang. As witnesses recall how great the Justice League were, the detective points out the invaluable help of the policeman and firefighters who were also on the scene. Amazed at how even J'onn J'onzz is praised, a satisfied detective John Jones, secretly J'onn himself, finishes his notes, ready for a new Justice League emergency.

    Adam Beechen, Carlo Barberi, Zach Howard
    When Starro invades the Justice League watchtower and takes over every member of the League except for J'onn J'onzz, it's up to the Martian to draw on his special abilities and the lessons learned from experiences on Mars to defeat the menace and save his teammates.

    Adam Beechen, Rick Burchett, Rick Burchett
    Trying to save a mother and son from a burning building, Blue Devil finds the boy too scared of his appearance to allow him to save him. Hawkgirl takes over, and Blue Devil pays Dr Fate a visit, in an effort to get him to change his appearance. Unable to help Blue Devil with his magic, Fate transports them both to the watchtower when J'onn sends out an emergency alert. Doctor Destiny has invaded a community, making their worst nightmares real. A team of Justice Leaguers goes in, but while the others are affect by Destiny's power, Blue Devil is already living his worst nightmare every day, and is able to take out the villain... much to the delight of the children held captive. As he looks upon their smiling faces, he realizes that he's just fine the way he is.

    Bill Williams, Carlo Barberi, Zach Howard
    After a lengthy time alone, Dr Fate gets called in for a Justice League emergency. With Superman and Booster Gold, Fate finds Aquaman injured on the outskirts of Atlantis, having been attacked by giant temple guardian statues. Black Manta and Felix Faust are behind the attack, and together the Justice Leaguers defeat them. Dr Fate realizes that he enjoyed the day out and vows to spend less time alone and more time with the League.
