Clay Enos, official photographer for the upcoming “Justice League” movie, shared the following black and white photo on his Instagram account.
The photo shows the front page of an edition of the Daily Planet newspaper rolling through the printing presses.
The attention to detail in these films is very impressive. If you look closely you can read some of the columns of text, with the main story seemingly reporting on a new emergency computer system being implemented which could leave the city’s computers vulnerable to cyber attacks.
The five day weather forecoast doesn’t look promising either…
“Justice League” is scheduled for release on November 17, 2017.
In BvS, if you pause the scene when Perry looks at a fresh copy of the Daily Planet newspaper fresh off the press after Superman’s death, there were two very detailed articles about both Clark Kent’s death and Lex Luthor’s incarceration. If I remember correctly, the article about Clark went into details about his life and work ethic, and then it then it sort of repeats itself to fill up the left half of the page. Luthor’s article also went into even more detail and talks about how he was behind the whole scheme to frame Superman and all the… Read more »

OMAC/Brother Eye maybe?
Could be Brianiac as well.
Thinking Brainiac too.
i am curious if the barcode would bring up anything…does anyone have an app that could read it, by any chance?
What’s also on the paper, but hidden, are the terrible (but likely deserved again) reviews this movie will get.
Headline I’d like to see: “Snyder fired, Superman reboot coming next year, we’re sorry everyone”
😉
You’re right Clarkel, its right under the article about “Angry fanboy has a meltdown over wrong colored underwear”….
@Kal L
Don’t you mean wrong colored trunks, since they’re not “underwear”?
Moot point though since Snyder’s “Superman” doesn’t wear them either way, and even if he did, it wouldn’t make the movie any better as a movie, but it would at least be more accurate to the character though if nothing else…which is better for me and other fans on a fandom level.
@Clarkel
I wasnt talking about Superman’s trunks at all… I was making a silly comment on your comment about how this DCEU needs a reboot… Even though a lot DC and Superman fans alike are liking whats happening…
To be fair, I think it’s kinda 50/50.
This would make a great headline:
“Dark Hour, Glorious Day: Superman Lives.”
I’d love to see the title like this:
Truth. Justice. The American Way. Superman returns with new friends.
“Depresso-Haze Lifted! Color Spectrum Visible Again!”
Top Story:
“WE’RE ALL GONNA DIE!”
One day….YES WE will die. One way or the other. And maybe sooner than later.
I remember seeing something about Lex OS before the movie, but didn’t anything really in the movie that talked about it. Now the paper is talking about some computer vulnerability. What is going on here? Are these 2 unrelated things that are just there for fun, or is this some longterm plan with story elements very slowly coming together?
That’s not the weather for Metropolis, it’s the weather for Forks, WA. lol
Forks you say?… Isn’t that where the sparkly vampires hang out?
Yep, indeed! But no sparkling under those weather conditions.. hence them hanging out there. 🙂
Really like that photo and very, very detailed for a film prop. Took a real close look at it and noticed this:
“Metropolis residents have been warned of a potential smart virus that is been contracted by local business networks.”
Had a good chuckle when reading that. Definitely a typo!
Am thinking that this is definitely the work of Brainiac. 😉
